Dana Kimmell has been married to her husband, Cade, since June of 2011. They have one son, Anson, and 3 dogs. They have attended HCF Amarillo since the church’s very first little office building. Dana started on staff at Harvest as Director of Kid City at that campus in June 2015. She enjoys doing anything with her family: Playing outside, camping, watching movies, and more!! “If it involves my husband or my baby, I probably love it!!”
What books have changed your life?
Grace Not Perfection by Emily Ley, and For the Love by Jen Hatmaker.
If you could escape all your responsibilities, where would you go?
To the mountains, in our rooftop tent!!
What area of ministry are you most passionate about and why?
Kid City Ministry, because children are little sponges and so very honest and raw! They know the Lord, and they just aren’t sure why we–adults–complicate Him!
What is one quirky fact about you?
I love to be around people, but I am a homebody! I also hate cleaning unless there is someone there to talk to. If you would just show up to my house to hang out with me while I clean, I would be one happy camper!
