Ashton Riddle

Ashton Riddle has been married to her husband Doug, whom she affectionately calls Trav, since 2010. They attend Harvest Christian Fellowship, along with their four kids: Ace, Dax, Axl, and Dez Marie. The Riddle’s started attending Harvest in 2019 and officially became members in September of 2020. Ashton serves on the Kid City team and anywhere else she is needed. She is the Project Manager for her family’s custom woodworking company in Lubbock as well as managing many aspects of HR and accounting. Spare time is something Ashton finds very little of these days. With 4 kids she stays busy with basketball, band concerts, Ju-Jit-Su, and dance recitals. Her number one priority is each other. Doug and Ashton fully believe in date nights being on the calendar, putting their phones away during meal times, and always greeting one another first. God’s calling on the family and it’s structure is extremely important to them.

What are some books that changed your life?

Blended & Redeemed by Scott and Vanessa Martindale; Simple Money, Rich Life by Bob Lotich; Then Anything by Dave and Ashley Willis

If you could escape all your responsibilities, where would you go?

Sounds so simple but it would be Nashville. It’s our happy place. Doug and I try to get back there every 6 months or so, just to feel like we can breathe again.

What area of ministry are you most passionate about and why?

Family Ministry would be number 1! Women’s Ministry would be number 2. God gave me a vision so many years ago of a table with families surrounding it and rotating in and out. I know without a doubt this is where my heart serves best. To love on people, to serve others, and throw some pretty rad parties in the process.

What is one quirky fact about you?

I LOVE to throw parties but I HATE to be the center of attention.
