Jo Beth Dietrich was happily married to her husband, Michael, in 1980 until his passing in 2024. They have attended Harvest Christian Fellowship Plainview since 2019. Jo Beth and Michael have 3 grown children, Aaron Dietrich, Jalee Victory, and Bethany Williams, and 11 grandchildren. Jo Beth serves at Harvest by stuffing chairs, working in Kid City, and wherever help is needed. She is now retired after working as Michael’s left hand partner on the farm. Jo Beth enjoys keeping her grandkids, growing plants, fishing, hanging out with friends, playing cards, and pretty much whatever she wants to!

Kids ministry and helping out anywhere I am needed.

My deep voice always gets that look and when ordering from the drive-thru I get, “thank you sir!”
