Who is your hero? And why?

My hero is my Dad. Besides being Daddy’s little girl, my Dad had a heart for God. He was a hard worker, both in the business world and here at home. He had the green thumb that would make anyone envious. His spirit was quiet, a provider for our family, would give the shirt off of his back for others, and always willing to help.

What books have had greatest influence in your life?

There are SO many books that have had influences on my life. I truly enjoy Max Lucado and his writings.

What do you enjoy doing most?

I enjoy listening to music, going to concerts (Newsboys and Toby Mac), decorating our home, spending time with my four legged child and curling up with a blanket and a good movie.

What “lesson from mom” do you still live by today?

Making our house a home. It’s not the material possessions you have but how you treat those who enter into your home.
