My name is Macy Williams, I’m married to Jake Williams and we have two littles, Jason(6) and Ellie(2). I work part time as a child and adolescent counselor and Jake is a cropduster. We strive to live a simple life and enjoy all the little moments we get to spend together! Jake and I have attended Harvest in Plainview since we were in youth together, then attended Harvest in Amarillo for about 4 years. We have been attending Harvest in Plainview since 2018. Harvest has always been a blessing to our family! I am most passionate about intentionally pouring love into my family. I am also passionate about helping equip parents and children to handle stresses that come from the pressures of life, as well as showing them the love of Christ!
What makes you you come alive?
I love being silly and playing pretend with my kids. I also love to run, it makes me feel free and it quiets my mind. I don’t get to do it much, but I enjoy painting, especially with watercolors!
What are some of the most influential books you’ve read?
I have been influenced by all of Brené Brown’s books. They have challenged me to walk through life with more authenticity.
Who is someone you admire, and why?
I admire my mom, Christy Bennett. She is the most selfless person I know, she gives her time and her resources to to help and love others consistently! I truly believe to know her is to know the love of Christ. I want to be like her when I grow up.
