Sheri Warren

Sheri was born in Lubbock. She graduated from Texas Tech and moved to Ft. Worth.  She met Kelly at Southwestern Seminary where they were both students.  After they married, Sheri was a pastor’s wife for 18 years.  She teaches special education at Kress Elementary and also some online classes at Wayland.  The Warrens have been a part of Harvest for about 5 years.  They have two children:  Cameron works in the office of Dr. Pharr and Dr. Rollins, and Courtney is married to Cameron Harper and works as a doula.  The joy of Sheri’s life is spending time with her four grandchildren:  Macy, Creed, Sadie, and Holden.  The ministries she is most passionate about include prayer ministry and women’s ministry.  She says, “Harvest is a wonderful church family!  We are so blessed to be a part of it.”

Who is your hero? c My hero is my husband, Kelly, because he always shows me the love of Jesus.  He has made me a better woman.

What makes your heart come alive?   Watching a child learn how to read for the first time.

If you weren’t a teacher, what job would you like to have? If I wasn’t a teacher, I think I would like to either be a veterinarian or a police detective.

What “lesson from mom” do you still live by today? Make lots of candy and goodies at Christmastime!!
